• Operate within a team environment with the highest level of ethics, integrity, safety, and honesty. • Effectively communicate with team members in areas of technical data, quality conformity, and time management. • Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting aircraft maintenance manuals, component technical data, wiring diagrams, aircraft blueprints, and schematics. • Wire, install, test, and verify operation of avionics equipment and accessories; identify and correct electronics failures using hand tools, test equipment, technical documents, and technical reference materials. • Modify existing wire harnesses and new wire harness fabrication. • Assure that maintenance/modifications are done in accordance with procedures described in FAA Regulations and manufacturer instructions. • Assist with all aircraft maintenance duties. • Use sound judgment and technical aptitude to make good decisions regarding job sequence and techniques, troubleshooting, and discrepancy resolution. • Be able to climb ladders, apply finger and hand dexterity in using hand tools, be able to move around the shop/hangar area and within aircraft continuously throughout the workday. • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Responsible for collecting data to ensure the completion of a project: • Locating boundary, pins, improvements, utilities, etc., while performing various project types, including ALTA, boundary, construction staking, and topographic surveys. • Check and reduce raw field data, perform calculations, and download/file survey data. • Perform project research as needed. • Follow instructions and work orders from project managers. • Communicate daily with your Field Project Manager to confirm if you are on track to complete your field schedule and inform them when you are behind or ahead of schedule. • Physical work environment demands: • Ability to safely traverse and navigate rugged terrain in remote areas. • Ability to regularly work outside in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, wet, and muddy conditions, with high/precarious places. • Ability to transport heavy equipment to various job sites (regularly lifting/moving up to 25 pounds, frequently lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 pounds). • Ability to travel regionally and nationally often. • Ability to work overtime, including weekends as needed. • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, contractors, and team members • Ensure that projects are completed safely and efficiently, adhering to project schedules and budgets • Maintain survey equipment and troubleshoot issues that arise in the field

• Works on construction projects, usually working in utility capacity, by transferring from one task to another where demands require a worker with varied experience and ability to work without close supervision by performing the following duties. • Loading and unloading tools or raw materials. • Proficient at erecting scaffolding or other pieces of equipment. • Knowledge of the use of air bags for lifting pipes in rack. • Cuts and strips/install insulation on piping. • Other related duties may be assigned.

• Frame metal stud or wood framed walls and ceilings • Hang and Finish Drywall in preparation for finishes • Install wood and hollow metal frames and doors, including associated hardware including locks, closers, and panic devices • Completes general building repairs, including repair and painting of walls, doors, floors, etc. • Completes repairs to plumbing system including fixing leaks and stoppages, repairs or replacement of sinks, piping, valves or drains and toilets • Replaces lighting components, ceiling tiles, and grid throughout the buildings and offices • Include minor electrical repairs • Install wood trim including base, crown molding, chair rail, and door trim
