Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a similar role. - Experience working directly with stakeholders to define business needs and product requirements. - Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and backlog prioritization. - Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. - Comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and driving initiatives forward with minimal supervision. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Product thinking and customer-centric mindset. - Business and commercial awareness. - Strong organizational and prioritization skills. - Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset. - Flexibility and high level of autonomy with minimal supervision. - Ability to influence and build alignment across teams and stakeholders. - Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems. - Strong sense of ownership and accountability. - Experience working with IoT would be a huge advantage.
