• Own and maintain the operational reporting suite in Power BI, ensuring outputs directly support EBITDA, volume, and cash performance management, covering physician performance, front desk metrics, scheduling efficiency, and more • Partner with practice VPs, operations leads, and clinical staff to understand what they need, translate that into data requirements, and deliver reports they'll actually use • Write and optimize complex SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple source systems • Make clear, actionable recommendations based on data, including quantified impact on revenue, EBITDA, operational efficiency and strategic business decision making • Build and document repeatable data pipelines that support consistent, trustworthy reporting across practices • Monitor data quality and flag anomalies proactively; resolve inconsistencies at the source where possible, and drive toward a single source of truth • Deliver ad hoc analysis alongside production reporting, and do both on time • Help set standards for how we build, document, and maintain reports; drive standardization of metric definitions and reporting across the network to enable consistent performance management • Mentor junior team members and help raise the overall quality and consistency of the team's analytical work

• Design and maintain RCM dashboards and reports in Power BI covering charges, payments, adjustments, denial rates, A/R aging, days in A/R, and payer performance • Write and optimize complex SQL queries in Snowflake to extract and model data from billing systems and practice management platforms • Partner with RCM leadership, billing teams, and finance to define KPIs, understand what's driving variances, and communicate findings clearly • Build out payer-level and procedure-level analyses to identify leakage, underpayments, and denial trends • Monitor data quality across billing feeds and flag anomalies before they become problems downstream • Deliver recurring production reports and ad hoc analysis on time, with context, not just numbers • Present findings to finance, operations, and executive audiences in a way that drives decisions • Document methodology and report logic so the work is repeatable and auditable • Mentor junior team members on RCM data concepts and analytical best practices

Responsibilities include: - Responsible for transforming complex payer data into actionable insights that drive smarter contract decisions. - Analyze complex data sets, proactively explore insights, and clearly communicate findings to both clinical and operational stakeholders. - Lead cross functional efforts across finance, strategy, and health system performance, to effectively negotiate, monitor, and optimize payer relationships. - Provide the analytical foundation for strategic growth, lead reimbursement modeling, trend analysis, financial proposal development, contract term optimization, risk assessment, and payer performance audits. - Direct business analysis for new and renewing payer contract negotiations, maintain payer contract portfolio reporting, and serve as a key partner to revenue cycle and other internal teams. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, math or health administration. - 3 years broad-base healthcare experience with knowledge of healthcare products and services knowledge. - Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL and data manipulation. - Excellent communication skills and exceptional relationship-building skills. - Strong SQL and data manipulation skills, detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Strategic and critical thinking skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt. Requirements - Master's degree in business, health administration, math or statistics preferred. - Knowledge and understanding of EPIC, Business Intelligence reporting technologies, and data mart technologies and principles. - Strong understanding of healthcare payer systems, reimbursement models, and insurance policies. - Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, facility revenue codes and healthcare claims data; experience with billing/payment systems. - Experience maintaining expected reimbursement in contract management systems (e.g., EPIC). - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. - Proficiency in Strata Axiom contract management software and Epic EHR, including Cogito - Slicer Dicer.
