• Own and maintain the operational reporting suite in Power BI, ensuring outputs directly support EBITDA, volume, and cash performance management, covering physician performance, front desk metrics, scheduling efficiency, and more • Partner with practice VPs, operations leads, and clinical staff to understand what they need, translate that into data requirements, and deliver reports they'll actually use • Write and optimize complex SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple source systems • Make clear, actionable recommendations based on data, including quantified impact on revenue, EBITDA, operational efficiency and strategic business decision making • Build and document repeatable data pipelines that support consistent, trustworthy reporting across practices • Monitor data quality and flag anomalies proactively; resolve inconsistencies at the source where possible, and drive toward a single source of truth • Deliver ad hoc analysis alongside production reporting, and do both on time • Help set standards for how we build, document, and maintain reports; drive standardization of metric definitions and reporting across the network to enable consistent performance management • Mentor junior team members and help raise the overall quality and consistency of the team's analytical work

• Design and maintain RCM dashboards and reports in Power BI covering charges, payments, adjustments, denial rates, A/R aging, days in A/R, and payer performance • Write and optimize complex SQL queries in Snowflake to extract and model data from billing systems and practice management platforms • Partner with RCM leadership, billing teams, and finance to define KPIs, understand what's driving variances, and communicate findings clearly • Build out payer-level and procedure-level analyses to identify leakage, underpayments, and denial trends • Monitor data quality across billing feeds and flag anomalies before they become problems downstream • Deliver recurring production reports and ad hoc analysis on time, with context, not just numbers • Present findings to finance, operations, and executive audiences in a way that drives decisions • Document methodology and report logic so the work is repeatable and auditable • Mentor junior team members on RCM data concepts and analytical best practices

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts; provide technical guidance and ensure high-quality deliverables. • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, etc.). • Build and maintain big data processing pipelines using PySpark, Spark SQL, and distributed computing environments. • Architect and deploy scalable ML solutions on Azure (Azure Databricks, Azure ML, ADLS, ADF). • Oversee feature engineering, model lifecycle management, monitoring, and performance tuning. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions. • Present insights, model outputs, and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
