Initiate Government Solutions, LLC.
• Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service) • Configure Dynamics modules to meet business requirements, including entity creation, form design, views, business rules, and process automation • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate) • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions • Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage deployment of customizations and updates • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions, including performance tuning and issue resolution • Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes • Ensure solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform)
- Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and integration tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
