• Manage and provide direction to Organizational Account Specialist(s) • Assign, prioritize, and monitor workloads to ensure timely and effective account servicing • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to support team development • Ensure consistency in processes, service delivery, and adherence to policies and procedures • Step in and execute all responsibilities of the Organizational Account Specialist role when necessary • Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with organizational accounts, SEGs, and partner institutions • Serve as primary escalation point for organizational representatives and stakeholders • Strengthen engagement and account penetration within existing groups while identifying new opportunities • Oversee onboarding, maintenance, and ongoing servicing of organizational accounts
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience in financial services, organizational account management, operations, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field required; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including experience managing or mentoring staff
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, including coordination, oversight, and contract negotiation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of credit union products, financial services, and basic finance principles
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational frameworks
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

This position requires a deadline-driven, service-focused, and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for financial statement and rent roll analysis, watchlist/surveillance, reserve disbursement requests, new loan audits, reviewing and analyzing borrower consent requests, calculating/coordinating loan payoffs, and satisfying investor requirements. Specific Responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of more complex commercial real estate loans and support senior team members with key tasks on more complex commercial real estate loans. Role Description As Claroty scales globally, the Manager, Global Order Management is a pivotal role at the intersection of Finance and Go-to-Market — ensuring every deal closes cleanly and every dollar is booked accurately.
