Product Manager – Platform
TryHackMe
• Owning the roadmap and backlog for platform improvements and new initiatives. • Working closely with both engineering and the other product teams to gather input on what needs to be done to continue to scale and improve the TryHackMe product. • Removing blockers to our customer-facing product teams, so they can deliver on their objectives. • Scoping and defining projects, creating the Jira tickets, managing sprints, and delivering the work to schedule. • Collaborating with stakeholders, including the TryHackMe founders, to develop concepts and ideas. • Be responsible for defining and executing against the platform squad OKRs. • Communicate and evangelise the work done in the platform team to the rest of the business.
Job Requirements
- Computer science degree or related hands-on experience as an engineer, DBA, or system admin.
- 2+ years of product management experience is highly beneficial.
- A keen interest in technology, particularly aspects related to software development.
- Understanding of agile development practices and how SaaS products are built.
- Excellent communication skills – as a remote-first company, our product managers must demonstrate excellent communication and clarity.
- Experience with education technology and products.
- A keen interest in cybersecurity.
