Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of backend engineering experience in a compiled, statically-typed language (Java, Kotlin, Go, Rust, C#, or Scala)
  • Comfortable with distributed systems: consistency trade-offs, failure modes, async processing
  • Experience with relational databases and at least one in-memory or NoSQL system (Redis, Aerospike, Cassandra, etc.)
  • Shipped things to production and kept them running: monitoring, alerting, on-call mindset
  • Working experience with Git, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Built and deployed at least one LLM-powered feature in a real product
  • Knowledge of designing prompts for reliable output
  • Understanding of cost/latency/quality trade-offs between models

Your responsibilities will span both backend and frontend development, with a strong focus on building reliable, cloud-based systems for programmatic advertising products.
