Role Description This is a remote position. - Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Remote (EST Work Hours) - Duration: 12 Months - Rate Range: Upto $92.5/hr on W2 - Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements - Conduct stakeholder interviews and translate requirements into functional specifications - Support application development, testing, implementation, and production support activities - Create process flows, test plans, test cases, and testing documentation - Coordinate with development teams and business users to deliver functional solutions - Support Oracle business applications and resolve production issues - Conduct UAT, integration testing, and defect tracking activities - Deliver end-user training and support documentation - Participate in change management and release activities - Work across multiple projects and prioritize deliverables effectively Qualifications - 3-5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications - 3-5+ years of Oracle experience, preferably Oracle R12 - Experience with ERP functional modules such as P2P, OTC, Inventory, WIP, BOM, or Project Accounting - Strong SQL querying and data analysis experience - Experience with testing methodologies and QA processes - Strong documentation and process mapping skills - Experience supporting SaaS, PaaS, and distributed application environments - Bachelor’s Degree required - Entertainment or Media industry experience preferred Requirements - Business Analysis experience in large enterprise environments - Oracle R12 - SQL for data extraction and analysis - Functional knowledge of P2P, OTC, Project Accounting, Inventory, WIP, or BOM - Visio and PowerPoint - Testing methodologies, test plans, test cases, and defect tracking - Business process documentation and process flow mapping - Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Power Automate - Experience supporting complex business applications and production support Nice to Have - Oracle R12 implementation or support experience - Microsoft Power Automate - Entertainment industry background - Experience with multi-tiered enterprise applications - Exposure to change management processes

Role Description The Business Systems Analyst Senior serves as a SME providing ongoing business analysis support in the multi-domain (Member, Provider) Master Data Management (MDM) and Enterprise Reference Data Management (ERDM) area. This is a 100% Remote position but you must live in EST time zone. Qualifications - At least five (5)+ years in business systems analysis, with specialized experience in Master Data Management. - At least five (5)+ years in a healthcare environment. - Must have MCO/Payer experience on Provider contracting & maintenance, Member enrollment services. - Previous experience working with FACETS claims system preferred. - Proficiency in data analysis using SQL, Excel and experience with MDM tools (e.g. Informatica, Reltio, SAS DataFlux). - Knowledge of MDM concepts like defining match-and-merge rules, survivorship criteria, and validation logic to maintain golden records. - Ability to function independently with limited work direction. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to translate technical concepts for business users and vice-versa.
