Onboarding Supervisor

National Income Life Insurance Company

• Initiate contact with clients who have requested a software demonstration. • Schedule Zoom calls, coordinating between your schedule and the clients availability. • Lead Zoom sessions using our advanced software to help clients assess their needs and choose the best program options. • Provide top-tier customer service throughout the onboarding process, ensuring each client has a positive experience. • Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow-up tasks. • Collaborate with team members to continually enhance the onboarding experience.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to focus on multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of personal discipline
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize new software quickly
  • Experience in customer service or phone-based roles is preferred.
