Job Requirements
- Limba maghiară fluentă (C1/C2) și engleză (B2 sau mai sus), atât scris cât și vorbit
- Experiența anterioară în servicii pentru clienți, rezervări, contact center sau vânzări este un avantaj
- Abilități puternice de comunicare, rezolvare a problemelor și interumane
- Abilități excelente de multitasking și organizare
- Mentalitate orientată spre vânzări cu capacitatea de a identifica oportunități de upselling și cross-selling
- Confortabil cu obiectivele de performanță și KPI-urile
- Capacitatea de a lucra independent într-un mediu de lucru de la distanță (de acasă) cu o conexiune internet fiabilă și un spațiu de lucru dedicat
- Flexibilitate de a lucra în ture rotative, inclusiv în weekenduri și ocazional nopți.
