What Great Looks Like - Customers enter implementation with clear expectations, accurate details, and fewer open questions. - Internal teams have the information they need to move quickly and confidently. - Plan selections, contributions, carrier requirements, and setup items are reviewed carefully. - Small groups and choice-plan customers have a smoother, more thoughtful experience. - Recurring issues become better processes, templates, and documentation. - Handoffs feel organized, complete, and easy to act on. - The role becomes a trusted bridge between customer strategy and operational execution.
