ICF MCC Certified Coach
Human Capital Resources and Concepts (HCRC)
• Offer clients coaching, organizational development, and strategy support for company transformation initiatives • Review, analyze, and interpret complex documents • Assess the effectiveness of organizational structures, initiatives, programs, and processes • Document processes using process improvement methodologies • Design and facilitate workshops, focus groups, workgroups, and strategic planning sessions • Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, summaries, and After-Action Reports • Develop change management and stakeholder engagement strategies • Interview stakeholders to elicit requirements • Develop narratives and visualizations using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other graphic formats • Develop communication plans and internal/external communication products • Perform 360 assessments • Provide executive coaching and team coaching • Deliver concrete feedback to coaches about behaviors, decisions, and team dynamics
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree required
- MA/MS degree in a related field preferred
- Coaching certification is required (ICF MCC)
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a coach and facilitator
- Experience in working on government contracts in a consultative role
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint required
- Executive-level coaching, consulting, or related experience
- Experience with 360 and other psychometric assessments
