• Sourcing dan pembangunan perniagaan projek pengurangan emisi • Membiasakan diri dengan standard kuantifikasi karbon dan alam sekitar seperti VCS, Gold Standard, I-REC, GCC dan lain-lain • Mengambil bahagian dalam pelaksanaan dan pengurusan projek pengurangan emisi • Menyediakan dokumentasi teknikal projek dan perundingan pihak berkepentingan mengikut keperluan • Melakukan lawatan tapak dan mengembara ke lokasi projek bila diperlukan • Menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan pemilik projek dan pihak berkepentingan ketiga seperti juruaudit dan lain-lain • Berinteraksi dengan syarikat-syarikat untuk memberikan perkhidmatan perundingan dalam bidang kelestarian, pengurangan jejak karbon, penetapan sasaran pengurangan GHG dan lain-lain. • Mengkaji dan menganalisis sumber maklumat yang tersedia seperti CDP, artikel berita, carian internet berkaitan dengan mencari pelanggan korporat baru • Belajar tentang topik seperti pengukuran jejak GHG, Sasaran Berasaskan Sains (SBTs), Penilaian Kitaran Hayat (LCA), pelaporan GRI • Mengurus secara langsung atau menyokong penghantaran utama perkhidmatan penasihat kelestarian korporat • Mengkaji dokumen teknikal yang disediakan oleh ahli pasukan dan oleh pihak ketiga seperti juruaudit, pemilik projek dan rakan kongsi • Mengikuti garis panduan, alat dan perisian dalaman memastikan maklumat dan batu loncatan utama sentiasa dikemas kini • Menetapkan visi, strategi, matlamat dan keutamaan untuk portfolio projek dan perkhidmatan kelestarian Coral Future dan proaktif mencari peluang perniagaan baru

• Implement and manage emission reduction projects through the entire project validation, registration, verification, and issuance cycle • Draft technical project documents, feasibility studies, templates, concept notes, monitoring reports as per internal and external requirements in compliance with applicable standards such as VCS, Gold Standard, CDM, GCC, I-RECs and others as applicable • Conduct baseline and additionality assessment of projects including technical and financial analysis • Management of relationships with project owners, third-party auditors, standards, and other stakeholders • Work closely with the business development team in project due diligence, proposal preparation and provide expert advice • Conduct site visits to projects locations which may be remote and may require difficult travel conditions • Review technical documents prepared by team members and by third-parties such as auditors, project owners and partners • Follow internal guidelines, tools and software making sure key information and milestone remains up to date • Provide necessary training and guidance to team members on technical topics, project management, scheduling, and tools • Establish vision, strategy, goals, and priorities for Coral Future’s project portfolio and proactively seek new business opportunities

• Emission reductions project sourcing and business development • Familiarise with carbon and other environmental quantification standards such as the VCS, the Gold Standard, I-REC, GCC etc • Engage in implementation and project management of emission reduction project • Prepare project technical documentation and stakeholder consultation as per the requirements • Conduct site visit and travel to project locations as and when required • Maintain excellent relationships with project owners and other 3rd party stakeholders such as auditors etc. • Engage with corporates with the aim of providing consulting services in the areas of sustainability, carbon foot-printing, GHG reduction target setting etc. • Review and analyze available sources of information such as CDP, news articles, internet search relevant to sourcing new corporate clients • Learn topics such as GHG foot-printing, Science Based Targets (SBTs), Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), GRI reporting • Directly manage or support key deliverables on corporate sustainability advisory services • Review technical documents prepared by team members and by third-parties such as auditors, project owners and partners • Follow internal guidelines, tools and software making sure key information and milestone remains up to date • Establish vision, strategy, goals, and priorities for Coral Future’s project portfolio and sustainability services and proactively seek new business opportunities
