Specialty Representative, GI Care

AbbVie

• Execute brand strategy and tactics in field, sales performance • Manage assigned territory and targeted accounts • Build strong customer relationships to maximize sales performance • Create pre-call plans using SMART objectives • Handle objections and misunderstandings to close sales calls • Develop and execute call plans to optimize coverage and frequency to key customers • Share market intelligence information with the in-field team, brand team and sales manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred
  • At least five (5) years of relevant and equivalent industry experience required in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
  • Three (3) or more years of experience within the pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Proven track record of success in selling and solid presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools
  • Valid driver’s license
  • English language proficiency verbally and in writing.
