• Manage the day-to-day publishing of social media content across platforms including LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant channels. • Draft, edit, and refine copy to a publishable, on-brand standard: primarily elevating AI-generated drafts, and writing original posts and captions from scratch when an AI draft falls short. • Edit, repurpose, and format content into platform-specific assets such as social posts, carousels, short-form clips, and mid-form video content. • Schedule and publish content execute and maintain the content calendar • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure posts meet formatting, branding, tagging, link, and platform-specific requirements before publication. • Utilize AI tools to support content creation, caption drafting, ideation, research, quality assurance, and workflow optimization. • Follow documented SOPs and publishing processes while maintaining high levels of accuracy and consistency. • Monitor content schedules and proactively identify, communicate, and resolve blockers that may impact delivery timelines. • Maintain organized content workflows, publishing records, and content calendars to support efficient execution. • Contribute to the development and improvement of SOPs, workflows, and content production processes. • Communicate project status, updates, and completion of tasks clearly within a remote and fast-paced work environment. • This is a high-volume role: the assistant handles a high daily publishing cadence across multiple platforms and is measured on consistent, on-time delivery.a

Job Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of social media execution experience.
  • Experience supporting a founder, creator, agency, or fast-moving content team.
  • Experience working U.S. hours from the Philippines or a similar remote operating environment.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, X, YouTube
  • Demonstrated short-form and mid-form video editing ability, with sample work required during assessment. Comfortable in standard editing tools (for example CapCut, Premiere, Overlap, or Opus Clip) and able to turn long-form source into clean, platform-ready clips independently
  • Evidence of using AI in real workflows, not just basic prompting.
  • Strong editing instincts and voice fluency: able to take AI-drafted copy to a publishable, on-brand standard, and write original posts and captions when needed. Brand-fit awareness matters more than raw copywriting volume.
  • This person must demonstrate the company-wide operating standards:
