Role Description The Information Technology Group (ITG) is a collection of people, processes, and technology investments designed to achieve the business goals of FTI Consulting. The AV Systems Engineer will serve as a technical leader responsible for the architecture, design, implementation, optimization, and lifecycle management of enterprise audio-visual and collaboration environments. This role combines deep expertise in video conferencing, wireless presentation, integrated room technologies, and Crestron/Extron platforms with the ability to establish standards, lead complex room initiatives, and provide final technical guidance for custom solutions mandated by GRE. The successful candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders, project managers, IT teams, systems integrators, and vendors to deliver scalable, high-quality meeting space solutions that support executive, client-facing, and enterprise-wide needs.
