Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
- 5 years of Business Analyst / Requirements Gathering experience
- 3 years of direct mortgage lending related experience
- Experience working on projects related to the mortgage loan lifecycle from Origination through Post-Closing
- Deep knowledge of the mortgage loan process with experience in origination, processing, underwriting, closing/funding, and post-closing.
- Experience with DSCR (Business Purpose Loans) lending preferred
- Knowledge of SDLC lifecycles, such as Waterfall and Agile
