Role Description At Orbitant we are looking for Python Engineers (mid and senior, remote). We are looking for engineers who don't just write code. Requirements - Must-have: - Strong experience with Python and Django. - Experience with Celery and Django REST Framework (DRF). - Good understanding of clean, scalable, and maintainable architectures. - Ability to write clean, well-documented, and tested code. - Strong teamwork and communication skills. - Proactive mindset and willingness to propose ideas and solutions. - Lean-oriented way of working. - Knowledge of CI/CD tools. - Focus on creating value and continuous improvement. - Desire to learn, teach others, and share knowledge. - Nice to have: - English level sufficient to communicate with international clients and teams. - Interest in cloud infrastructure. - Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes. - Experience with AI, or curiosity to learn and work with it daily. - Experience with microservices architectures. - Experience mentoring and helping others grow. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud Developer to design, build, and operate enterprise integration scenarios that connect Oracle Cloud Applications, on-premises Oracle systems, and third-party platforms. In this role you will own the full integration lifecycle, from analysis and design through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with OIC integrations, processes, and visual builder applications, and will combine that with a clear understanding of integration patterns, API management, and Oracle Cloud Applications data models. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop integration flows in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) connecting Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, CX) with on-premises and third-party systems. - Build app-driven and scheduled orchestrations, including complex mappings, error handling, and recovery flows. - Configure and operate a wide range of OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, custom). - Develop process automation flows using OIC Process Cloud Service for human-centric workflows. - Build Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) applications integrated with OIC and Oracle Cloud Applications. - Implement API management strategies, including security policies, throttling, and developer portals. - Design robust error-handling and notification patterns, including retries, escalation, and resubmission workflows. - Optimize performance of high-volume integrations through batching, parallelism, and asynchronous patterns. - Migrate legacy Oracle SOA Suite or third-party integrations to OIC. - Collaborate with Oracle Cloud Applications functional teams to align integrations with business processes. - Provide hypercare and post-go-live support, including incident response and root-cause analysis. - Maintain comprehensive, current technical documentation — including architecture diagrams, design decisions, configuration references, runbooks, and operational procedures. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal integration patterns and standards.
