• Assist in growing the sales of Fixed & Fixed Indexed Annuity sales in the IMO Distribution Channel • Demonstrate thorough, in-depth knowledge of company products, practices and procedures • Conduct new IMO & producer installations and provide sales and marketing support to agents with virtual training using various platforms • Profile IMO’s and agents by accurate and timely activity entry into CRM • Work closely with National Account VP to develop business & marketing plans to achieve sales goals and objectives • Sales activities include extensive outbound and inbound phone activity, training webinars, coordination of necessary materials, etc. • Develop expert knowledge and proficiency in utilizing applications, expert product knowledge, and illustration software • Develop expert knowledge of specific account requirements related to service capabilities and procedures • Enhance product and industry knowledge by continuously learning and participating in training

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; preferred
  • 5+ years of professional work experience with demonstrated background in serving customers, working collaboratively across internal or external teams, problem solving, and the ability to effectively communicate both in small or large group settings.
  • 2+ years of experience in the Insurance or Financial Services Industry
  • Expert in utilizing illustration software to showcase annuity solutions
  • Life and/ Annuities Licensed preferred.
