• Responsible for leading a team of field sales consultants • Develops sales strategies and executes programs to achieve sales and profit goals • Reviews sales performance of Field Sales Representatives • Oversees staffing, training, and performance evaluations • Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals • Interacts with internal management to discuss sales issues • Prepares monthly sales reports
Job Requirements
- Progressive sales experience in the medical distribution industry
- At least three years in a supervisory role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Valid Driver's License with no prior suspensions or revocations
- Knowledge of Medical Industry and Product
- Familiarity with eCommerce and related order entry system
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
