• Directly supervise a team of 10-25 teammates each responsible to execute on an assigned portfolio of patients accounts or Medical Insurance triggers • Use strong problem solving skills to assist team in issues within the portfolio, as well as identify and resolve areas of opportunity within the portfolio, collaborating with other departments as needed • Understand and make decisions regarding payment trends and/or issues within assigned portfolio • Maintain key metrics, manage performance accordingly, and perform regular reviews to senior leaders • Consistently communicate team goals, objectives, and progress toward those goals both to team and direct leadership • Conduct annual reviews for all assigned teammates and identify areas of opportunity for individual teammates and provide timely and ongoing coaching and development • Identify personnel needs for assigned team and is responsible for ensuring team is appropriately staffed, and identifying and communicating recruiting needs to leadership • Maintain high engagement scores for assigned team (>80%) • Makes recommendations for teammate promotions and mobility to senior leaders
