Role Description We are looking for a Data Analyst to join Fintech Farm and support our growth in new and existing markets, with a focus on the Collection direction. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of analytical insights, dashboards, and reports, while driving best practices in data handling and collaboration across teams to support collection processes and decision-making. What You Will Be Doing - Ensure the high quality of analytical reports and dashboards related to Collection activities. - Verify own results to ensure they meet the set requirements and quality standards. - Detail and clarify requirements for analytical tasks from business clients, ensuring their full and accurate understanding by the team. - Organize and conduct code reviews to improve code quality and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. - Develop and implement best practices and standards for data handling within the team. - Collaborate with other departments and teams to optimize business processes and enhance the efficiency of analytical activities within Collection. Qualifications - Strong communicator, able to work effectively with both technical experts and business partners. - Curious and proactive, with the ability to quickly understand business processes and translate them into analytical tasks. - A team player who thrives in an open, trust-based culture and values knowledge sharing. Requirements - 3+ years of experience in data analytics. - Profound knowledge of SQL and experience with database management systems, such as ClickHouse. - Experience with BI tools, including Looker Studio, and the ability to create informative dashboards. - Experience in code review and applying best practices in code writing. - Experience with Git and DBT is considered an advantage.
