Role Overview: The SCALE WMS Consultant is responsible for leading the SCALE WMS implementation, will actively participate in the SCALE WMS design, configuration and WMS implementation projects. Serve as the subject matter expert on Manhattan Associates (MA) SCALE WMS, based on an in-depth knowledge of functional areas such as Inbound, Outbound, Inventory management, MHE, and the unique business activity requirements of the client. Key Responsibilities: - Manhattan Scale WMS implementation & Support. - Perform system configuration of Manhattan Associates SCALE WMS. - Collaborate with client’s team during software design process to understand business requirements, Issues, and changes to existing functionalities. Architecture and Development. - Documentation of Requirements, SOP documents creation. - Translate the user requirements into functional and technical design, application configuration. - Documenting all aspects of the system (e.g. URS, process flows, functional specifications, technical design, application configuration, test scenarios, Support document etc.) according to internal procedures. - Coordinates problem solution with multiple external Vendors for TMS, Packing & Conveyor system. - Facilitate and support functional and user acceptance testing. - Troubleshoot operational and technical issues within SCALE and integrations. - Drive operational efficiency through people, process, and technical improvements. - Coordinate with Manhattan Associates development and support teams as needed. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree required; preference given to candidates with a degree in Engineering or a related field. - 2 + years’ experience of Manhattan Scale implementations. - Strong understanding of Supply chain Principles with expertise in Warehouse management. - Complete understanding of inbound, inventory, and outbound in a warehouse. - PL/SQL expertise, Cloud Basic Understanding. - Hands-on with SSRS, MHE, New Site rollout, Automation. - Good knowledge of implementing and supporting ERP integration with SCALE. - Ability to provide front-line support to warehouse staff from training through daily support. - Experience troubleshooting Manhattan WMS and LMS applications. - Extensive hands-on experience supporting Manhattan SCALE WMS in high-volume, multiple warehouses, and multiple building operations. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Implementation Success: Timely completion of configuration, integrations, and rollout milestones. - System Stability: Reduced defects during UAT/go-live, minimal post-deployment issues. - Process Alignment: Accurate documentation (URS, SOPs, test cases), business requirements mapped effectively into SCALE. - Operational Efficiency: Improved warehouse KPIs (inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, throughput). - Collaboration: Positive client and cross-vendor feedback, effective coordination with Manhattan Associates and integration partners. - Support & Training: Timely issue resolution, successful knowledge transfer, and end-user adoption. • Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems across backend, frontend, and database layers. • Lead design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best-practice initiatives. • Evaluate new technologies and guide the adoption of tools that improve developer productivity and system performance. • Define and document architecture patterns, design principles, and shared libraries for reuse across teams. • Partner with DevOps to design efficient CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and observability tooling. • Design, build, and maintain production-grade mobile applications for Android, iOS, or cross-platform frameworks. • Write clean, testable, and efficient code following established coding standards and contributing to their evolution. • Optimize system performance, reduce technical debt, and improve reliability. • Collaborate with QA engineers to develop automated testing strategies and ensure high code coverage. • Mentor and coach mid-level and junior engineers to foster career growth and skill development.

• Lead Fullstack development with a strong focus on backend, scalability, performance, and maintainability. • Design and implement the application architecture, APIs, and system integrations. • Set up and manage AWS infrastructure, including environment provisioning, Identify and access management, networking, and monitoring. • Establish CI/CD pipelines and ensure robust build, test, and deployment processes. • Collaborate on technology decisions, particularly around backend stack (initially Node.js and TypeScript) and frameworks. • Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain high engineering standards. • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver features on time. • Ensure best practices in security, testing, and DevOps automation are followed.

• Owns the business outcomes for the team in partnership with Product and Design team members. • Outside of business outcomes, significantly contributes to increased BEx adoption, reduced platform issues, and faster time-to-insights for merchants. • Owns and evolves the technical architecture for BEx and Merch Plays to improve availability, scalability, and data accuracy. • Drives tech decision-making that supports the multi-year growth of Merch Tech platforms, including planning phased, smart, and strategic investment in infrastructure • Our users drive multi-million $ decisions on a daily basis. Their experience is most critical to ensure that it meets a high bar. Examples include measurably improves UI/UX performance: reduced latency, higher data consistency, stronger alerting, and monitoring systems. • Ensures high-quality releases through code reviews, technical oversight, and strong engineering standards. • Leads the engineering implementation of automation-driven tooling, new technologies, including workflow engineering and AI • Collaborates deeply with Product, Analytics, Merch Ops, Brand Management, and Supply Chain to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. • Mentors engineers, develops technical leadership on the team, and fosters a culture of curiosity, accountability, and high ownership.
