Senior Corporate Communications Manager

• Serve as the primary Analyst Relations lead for insightsoftware businesses, owning the full AR program including analyst engagement strategy, playbooks, and firm management, and budget. • Partner closely with the Sr. Communications Manager supporting the Data + Analytics business to ensure a cohesive, coordinated approach to the firm relationships we share. • Own analyst relations and public relations strategy and program direction for the Office of the CFO businesses, including developing briefing plans, identifying story angles, shaping press announcements and contributed content, and setting messaging priorities across both programs. • Direct agency execution of AR and PR programs, serving as the day-to-day contact to brief priorities, review outputs, and ensure quality and alignment with brand and messaging standards. • Track and report on AR and PR performance for the Office of the CFO businesses, including analyst coverage, media placements, and share of voice, to demonstrate impact and inform program adjustments. • Support crisis communications planning and response in coordination with the Director, Corporate Communications, and Sr. Corporate Communications Manager. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure communications are accurate, timely, and aligned to business objectives. • Partner with agency and internal stakeholders to ensure communications assets — including press kits, briefing documents, and messaging documents — are current, accurate, and reflect the business narrative. • Support internal communications for the Office of the CFO businesses, partnering with the Sr. Corporate Communications Manager who leads Internal Communications to develop employee-facing content that keeps teams informed on business priorities, announcements, and milestones.

Job Requirements

  • 7 + years of communications experience with direct, hands-on work in both public relations and analyst relations.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, or Business.
  • Experience using AI tools to support communications work - research, drafting, analysis, or workflow automation - with a growth mindset toward expanding AI fluency on the job.
  • Experience working in or alongside a communications agency is strongly preferred.
  • Strong writer with the ability to simplify complex messaging and craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable directing agency partners and managing program workflows across multiple workstreams.
  • Proven experience with analyst relations or media relations processes, including briefing coordination, report tracking, or media monitoring.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter who is resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus. B2B technology or SaaS experience is strongly preferred.

This is a full-time or part-time position that can be remote or based in our NY Office.
