• Manage 20–30 Google Ads accounts for local B2B businesses in the US. • Build, manage, and optimize Search, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing campaigns. • Manage Microsoft Ads (Bing) campaigns and support Meta Ads campaigns when required. • Perform keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis. • Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy using AI or in-house content team. • Continuously optimize bids, budgets, audiences, search terms, and campaign structure. • Improve campaign performance through testing and data analysis. • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, SEO Specialists, and designers to achieve client goals. • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. • Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, increase conversions, and grow client accounts. • Stay current with the latest Google Ads features, AI-powered tools, and paid media best practices.
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns in a digital marketing agency.
- Experience managing 20+ client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads).
- Familiarity with Meta Ads is a strong advantage.
- Experience managing local lead generation campaigns for North American businesses.
- Understanding of location targeting, service area campaigns, call campaigns, and lead generation campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
