Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
  • English and French fluency
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Previous hands-on experience assisting or working with technical products

  • Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with stakeholders
