Trainer for Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for Buildings

WBS Training

• Subject-specific instruction delivered from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Application of a variety of teaching methods for lesson design • Preparation and development of curriculum-related learning materials • Execution of life cycle assessments (LCA) for residential and non-residential buildings • Presentation of case studies from projects, training experience, or reports on projects in sustainable and energy-efficient construction

Job Requirements

  • Completed degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Building Services Engineering (TGA)
  • Several years of professional experience assessing buildings according to QNG and within the “Klimafreundlicher Neubau” (Climate-Friendly New Construction) program
  • Preparation and analysis of life cycle assessments using Hottgenroth, ECO‑CAD, and ETU‑Planer
  • Additional qualification in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for buildings
  • Recognition/certification as an Energy Efficiency Expert
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative
  • Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies
  • Methodical and didactic skill in conveying educational content
  • Independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
