Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or in a similar operations/marketing support role.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of deadlines and manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a proactive communication style.
- Comfortable working within documented SOPs, checklists, and workflow management tools (experience with Airtable is highly preferred).
- Experience with social media platforms, blog publishing tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Basic video editing skills (light editing only).
- Ability to work independently while escalating risks or blockers in a timely manner.
- It's a Plus: Experience supporting entrepreneurs or small business owners.
- Familiarity with content marketing and campaign execution workflows.
- Experience using Airtable or similar project/workflow management platforms.
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve or optimize existing processes.
- Experience coordinating multiple marketing initiatives while maintaining high accuracy.
