Role Description This role is responsible for providing QA auditing for the Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business. This role will have a focus on auditing and Global Compliance support to the GMP manufacturing sites and Pharmacovigilance (PV) related functions. Suitable candidates should have experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. The role will perform audits on behalf of CQA with a focus on GMP and PV. In this role insights and industry trends are to be proactively shared within the organization to ensure continued compliance and early identification of areas for continuous improvement. This role will provide analyses of audits / trends and support in the assessment and promotion of compliance within PV QA. This role will be aware of changes to regulations, guidelines, and provide support and QA oversight for any necessary updates to operating procedures, risk assessments and change controls for process changes as well as productivity / efficiency improvement initiatives. Role Description We are looking for an Analytics QA Engineer for Paramount Streaming who is passionate about data and entertainment and who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Bring together test requirements, complete test plans and perform testing on a variety of new and existing applications on Web, Connected TV, and Native App platforms to ensure that analytics implementations are correct and will yield complete and accurate data. - Perform regression testing and audits, data integrity checks on a regular basis to have better control over the tags deployed across the sites. - Conduct QA cycles and data audits to identify tracking gaps and inconsistencies. - Ensure test builds are delivered to collaborators and vendors needing to perform testing. - Assist team in meeting established objectives and key results around data quality. - Perform QA and sign off on new or updated implementations; prioritize tickets and call out blockers. - Document sequence of QA steps and anticipated output on all tracking devices. - Represent the Measurement Operations team in meetings as a domain specialist on data quality assurance. - Open bugs as needed and shepherd them through resolution. - Participate with product and engineering in sprint planning and bug triage efforts. - Develop and maintain a robust library of test cases for both contemporaneous and newly introduced features of Paramount Streaming platforms. - Work with SCRUM and Product leads to secure release timelines. - Hands-on experience to rewrite, enrich, and maintain manual test cases coverage, clarity, and reusability using Claude or relevant data model. - Use GenAI to generate functional test cases from user stories and requirements, and expand edge negative scenarios. - Drive manual QA enrichment by adopting AI tools for test design, scenario generation, and test data suggestions. - Ensure AI outputs are grounded using project context, requirements, past defects, known issues via RAG concepts. - Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks, task planning tool usage, iterative refinement to improve test workflows. - Basic familiarity with Docker to run and validate AI utilities or test tooling in a containerized setup.
