Qualifications - WordPress Expertise: Advanced knowledge of the WordPress Gutenberg block editor, the WordPress hook system, and the REST API. - Core Languages/Frameworks: Advanced proficiency in PHP, JavaScript ES6, and React for complex editor state management. - Custom Development: Extensive experience with custom WordPress plugin and block development. - Performance APIs: Proven experience writing custom API endpoints and optimizing queries for performance. - AI Integration Understanding: Demonstrated ability to proactively use and integrate AI tools (e.g., GitHub CoPilot, specialized models for contextual refactoring, test scaffolding, documentation generation, and other elements of the development lifecycle). - Tooling: Experience using dependency management tools like Composer and NPM/Yarn.
