You will identify business insights through robust analytics of the category, consumer, shopper, market, and customer information. Your analytical skills will serve you well as you develop compelling and profitable business-building recommendations. - Customer Interaction – This position will involve a high degree of customer interaction. As a trusted business consultant, you will provide objective category reviews that strive to achieve mutually beneficial sales and market share goals. - Strategic Partnerships – You will partner with the account teams to broaden the understanding of the shopper, consumer, and retailer and help to close the sale. - Project Management – Your project management skills will be key in leading and supporting customer-specific initiatives focusing on assortment and shelf designed to deliver category growth. You will present projects around product and placement. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or 4-8 years equivalent experience preferred. - High-level analytic capability. - Robust shopper and consumer insight experience and exposure. - High proficiency in using syndicated data (i.e., Nielsen, Circana), loyalty card data, and shopper panel metrics. - Strong leadership, decision-making capability, and a proven track record of success. - Experience in presenting to senior leadership. - Assimilating and interpreting data from multiple disparate data sources into concise action-oriented recommendations. - Experience communicating complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels. - Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Requirements Salary Range: $108,160 - $135,200 Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions. Role Description Weichert Financial Services is hiring a Destination Manager Assistant (DMA) for its Mortgage Mobility Division. This position will be remote. The Destination Manager Assistant (DMA) provides comprehensive sales and administrative support to borrowers on behalf of one or more high-producing Destination Managers (DM) with the primary objective of increasing closed loan production and company contribution margin. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient movement of loan files through the loan pipeline.
