Role Description Our Specialized Travel Consultants work in a high-touch service environment to book travel and accommodation for some of our top clients at Amex GBT. Working from the comfort of your own home, you’ll collaborate with your team to provide creative and timely travel solutions and an outstanding travel service experience. If you’re curious, collaborative, and enjoy working in an environment that prioritizes quality of interactions over quantity of calls, this may be the perfect role for you! - Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups) - Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for air, road, rail, and accommodations - Use various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), including Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, and/or Galileo. Training may be provided - Communicate effectively with customers over the telephone, messaging (chat), e-mail, and/or back office systems - Act as a trusted advisor by using travel expertise to proactively provide advice and selling additional services to clients to meet their needs while adhering to their company’s travel policy - Work individually and as a team to meet business and account-specific goals, which may include customer satisfaction, call adherence and service metrics Qualifications - Previous experience in travel (preferably business travel) and understanding of fares and ticketing rules for car, air, and hotel - Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs - Native GDS expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus and/or Galileo) - Professional communication (written and verbal) - Attention to detail - Act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information - Possess a strong understanding of the travel industry (background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation) - Resolving customer issues quickly and independently - Teamwork and openness to feedback Requirements - Our Traveler Care unit is a 24/7 operation. - Shifts are Mon-Fri 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm Pacific Time Zone. Overtime and On Call work is a requirement, other shifts are weekends, and/or evenings. Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Counselor for Carrillo Kern Center Location: Norfolk United States Job Description: City/State Norfolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview The Licensed Clinical Social Worker participates as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team to establish comprehensive and integrated plans for each patient. Involvement entails both delivery of clinical services and referrals to appropriate community resources and other professionals. Assists patients and their families in meeting psychosocial needs which predispose illness or interfere with achieving an optimal level of care. Assesses the social, psychological, cultural, environmental and financial situations, as well as disposition needs, for each assigned patient. Provides individualized care to address the needs of the patient and family to include physical, psychological, socio-cultural, spiritual and cognitive needs. Performs patient assessments through the systematic collection and review of patient-specific data and communicates assessments appropriately. Assesses patient/family learning needs, plans and provides education and evaluates the effectiveness of teaching in achieving desired outcomes. Consistently includes patient/family in planning care and evaluating programs and outcomes. Demonstrates effective use of the social work process to deliver individualized care to patients. Plans care based on the assessment, evaluates patient progress and revises care to attain expected outcomes.
