Job Description

Marketing Manager

GO Car Wash

Role Description The Marketing Operations Manager is the engine behind GO's marketing team — the person who makes things happen. You'll own the coordination, execution, and follow-through that keep campaigns, field programs, and launches running on time and on brand. This role touches everything: cross-functional teams, vendors, field operators, and leadership. The ideal candidate doesn't wait to be told what to do — they figure out what needs to happen and make it happen. If you're energized by variety, ownership, and solving problems in a fast-moving environment, this role was built for you. Qualifications - 3–5 years of marketing, marketing operations, project management, or related experience. - Experience supporting multi-location retail, franchise, hospitality, automotive, or service-based businesses preferred. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. - Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive accountability. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Thrives in a remote environment — self-directed, proactive, and accountable without needing daily oversight. - Experience working with vendors, agencies, and external partners. - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. - Experience with project management platforms (Smartsheet, Asana, or similar), marketing technology (HubSpot, Twilio, or similar), and Microsoft Office Suite. - Bachelor's degree preferred, but demonstrated experience and a track record of results matter more than credentials. Requirements - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, launch schedules, and implementation recommendations. - Coordinate execution across Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, vendors, and field teams. - Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, and milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives. - Ensure projects move from concept through implementation and adoption. - Maintain visibility into project status and proactively communicate updates. - Spot problems before they become fires and come to the table with solutions, not just flags. - Serve as the primary marketing contact for field teams. - Navigate signage requirements, print production, and compliance considerations across multiple states and markets. - Ensure field teams receive marketing materials and communications prior to launch. - Keep field teams informed on request status, delivery timelines, and next steps. - Support grand openings, local marketing programs, community partnerships, and promotional events. - Manage marketing systems, workflows, and operational processes. - Maintain marketing calendars, launch schedules, and execution guides. - Oversee print portals, ordering processes, field resource libraries, and operational marketing tools. - Keep marketing materials, assets, and resources organized and easy for field teams to find and use. - Build and continuously improve the processes that keep the marketing team running smoothly. - Develop clear project briefs and requirements. - Manage agency and vendor budgets, timelines, deliverables, and approvals. - Hold deliverables to a high standard — reviewing for quality, accuracy, and launch readiness before anything goes out the door. - Ensure external partners operate as an extension of the marketing team. - Own the accuracy of local listings and digital presence across 156+ sites. - Coordinate updates to local SEO platforms and business listings. - Support execution of local digital initiatives and campaigns. - Drive platform adoption across the organization and follow through until it sticks. - Track campaign execution and project performance. - Monitor marketing budgets, invoices, and vendor spending. - Turn data into clear, actionable reporting that gives leadership visibility into what's working and what needs attention. - Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, execution, and field support processes. Benefits - Weekly pay - Health insurance - Paid vacation and holidays - 401k with match - Free unlimited car washes - A fun/challenging opportunity for growth
