Lifecycle Marketing Manager

• Own Lifecycle Strategy & Execution: Set the roadmap and execute hands-on campaigns across a meaningful portion of the customer journey • Drive Data-Backed Targeting & Creative: Establish a sharp POV on audience segmentation using behavioral and real-time data • Lead the Testing Agenda: Independently design, size, and analyze rigorous A/B and multivariate tests • Scale Cross-Product Growth: Build and scale strategic programs that move customers across the product portfolio • Partner & Influence Cross-Functionally: Lead across the organization by partnering seamlessly with Data Science, Product, Creative, and Legal
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of marketing experience with a highly analytical mindset
- A degree in economics, engineering, statistics, math (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of living in a 'test-and-learn' environment
- Ability to form a sharp, evidence-backed perspective on audience, creative, messaging, and timing
- Proactive operator who takes extreme ownership of the work
