• Serve as a strategic partner to clients and Account Executives, providing consultative insights and proactive campaign recommendations to drive success. • Maintain a deep understanding of Valpak’s advertising products and services, positioning yourself as the implementation and technical expert for internal and external stakeholders. • Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including creative assets, targeting, production timelines, and performance verification. • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless communication, timely delivery, and resolution of client needs. • Develop and maintain product knowledge resources and FAQs to support consistent communication and education for clients and sales partners. • Monitor campaign performance, contractual deliverables, and revenue projections while identifying potential risks or opportunities to optimize outcomes. • Respond to client inquiries, generate reports, perform market analysis, secure mailing geographies, and facilitate creative processes to ensure campaign accuracy and success. • Partner with internal departments to align on campaign logistics, creative strategy, and client expectations to ensure exceptional service delivery. • Participate in sales meetings and client discussions as the Valpak product and campaign expert, contributing to account growth and retention strategies. • Perform other duties and initiatives that support overall client and sales success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related field — or equivalent work experience in client services, project management, or technical support.
  • Proven success in client services, account management, or project management within media, marketing, or advertising industries.
  • Experience in consumer insights, data analysis, retail, or CPG industries a strong plus.
  • Strong client relationship and consultative selling skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate client objectives into actionable marketing solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required).
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client presentations.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com and SAP preferred.
  • Knowledge of print, digital, mobile, and social advertising platforms preferred.
