Role Description As the Demand Generation Manager, you are responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated demand generation programs that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline creation, and revenue growth. Working closely with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and regional marketing teams, you translate strategic priorities into scalable campaigns and programs that engage target audiences throughout the buyer journey. Success in this role requires strong demand generation expertise, analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to leverage AI-enabled insights and technologies to improve marketing performance and business outcomes. Responsibilities - Demand Generation Planning & Execution - Develop and execute integrated demand generation programs across digital, paid media, content, webinars, events, lifecycle marketing, and account-based marketing initiatives. - Translate business objectives, campaign priorities, and go-to-market strategies into measurable demand generation plans. - Partner with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Sales teams to align campaign messaging, audience targeting, and program execution. - Support audience segmentation, account targeting, buying-group engagement, and campaign planning activities. - Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure effective execution. - Campaign Performance & Optimization - Monitor campaign, engagement, pipeline, and revenue performance to identify optimization opportunities. - Analyze campaign data and performance trends to improve targeting, conversion rates, and marketing effectiveness. - Partner with Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations to support attribution, reporting, campaign measurement, and 6sense strategy. - Develop performance reports, dashboards, and recommendations for marketing stakeholders and leadership. - Apply testing methodologies and continuous optimization practices to improve program outcomes. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Partner Marketing, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and regional marketing teams to support integrated campaign execution. - Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent audience engagement, campaign alignment, and pipeline generation efforts. - Support campaign planning processes, operational workflows, and best practices that improve marketing effectiveness. - Share insights and recommendations that help inform future campaign strategies and investment decisions. - Work closely with external brand & advertising agencies to help develop strategies and content. - Innovation & Operational Excellence - Leverage AI-enabled tools, automation, and data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency. - Identify opportunities to streamline campaign execution, reporting, and marketing workflows. - Support ongoing improvements to demand generation processes, technologies, and measurement practices. - Champion experimentation, continuous learning, and demand generation best practices across the marketing organization. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, integrated marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, or related fields. - Demonstrated success executing demand generation programs that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and business results. - Strong understanding of audience segmentation, campaign planning, marketing channels, and demand generation best practices. - Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data to drive optimization decisions. - Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Marketing Operations teams. - Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and insights to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency. Preferred Qualifications - 8+ years of B2B demand generation, integrated marketing, growth marketing, or related experience. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Experience supporting global or multi-region marketing organizations. - Experience with account-based marketing strategies and platforms, including 6sense. - Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and modern demand generation technologies. - Familiarity with marketing attribution, funnel analytics, and pipeline reporting. - Familiarity with Asana.
