Lead PIM Developer – Informatica PIM

Numentica

• Own the end-to-end implementation and evolution of our Informatica Product 360 (PIM) platform • Design scalable data models • Implement onboarding workflows • Integrate PIM with eCommerce/ERP/MDM systems • Lead a small team of developers/configurators to deliver high-quality product data experiences across channels • Architect and configure Informatica P360: data models, taxonomies, attributes, hierarchies, business rules, workflow, governance • Build integrations with IDMC, Informatica MDM/MDM-SaaS, ERP (e.g., SAP/Oracle), DAM, eCommerce (e.g., Adobe Commerce, SFCC, SAP CX) via APIs and batch pipelines • Implement workflow, SLA, validation rules, match/merge, enrichment, and digital asset associations • Drive data quality: profiling, stewardship, error handling, and exception dashboards • Lead sprint planning, code reviews, and release management; mentor developers and data stewards • Partner with Product, Merchandising, eCommerce, Marketing, and IT to align PIM with business outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in product data/PIM
  • 3–5+ years with Informatica PIM (Product 360) as a lead/architect
  • Strong in data modeling, workflows, Business Rule Engine, Supplier Onboarding, GDSN (nice-to-have)
  • API integration (REST/SOAP), IDMC, ETL, Java/Groovy/JavaScript for extensions; SQL proficiency
  • Experience with BOM/variant modeling, bundles/kits, localization, catalog syndication
  • Background in retail/CPG/manufacturing/distribution a plus
  • Excellent communication; can translate business requirements into technical designs.
