Role Description We are seeking a Senior Director, AI Insurance Solutions Product Leader to shape, build, and scale a portfolio of AI-powered Service-as-Software solutions for the insurance industry. This role reports to the Executive, AI Solutions Product Leader and leads the industry product agenda within the broader AI Solutions Platform portfolio. The leader will: - Translate industry needs into repeatable AI product concepts. - Guide product execution, support commercialization, and partner closely with various teams. - Focus on moving from bespoke services to reusable, platform-led AI products. Qualifications - 12+ years of full-time professional experience in insurance, InsurTech, product leadership, digital transformation, or enterprise solution development. - Demonstrated experience across all three lines of business (Life, Annuities, and P&C). - Proven ownership of 2+ end-to-end product lifecycles. - Delivery of 1+ enterprise-scale initiatives involving AI/GenAI, intelligent automation, data platforms, or cloud technologies. - Experience leading cross-functional efforts across at least 5 business areas. Requirements - Shape the product strategy and roadmap for AI Insurance Solutions. - Identify high-value use cases across Life, Annuities, and Property & Casualty insurance. - Guide MVP definition, product build, launch readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement. - Ensure industry products leverage shared AI platform capabilities. - Support commercialization through product narratives, solution packaging, and sales enablement. - Convert market and client learning into reusable product patterns. Responsibilities - Obtain insurance benefit information, verify insurance eligibility for services and/or devices, and document verification information into our system(s). - Obtain prior authorizations as required, including procurement of needed documentation by collaborating with the clinicians/clinics and insurance companies. - Ensure all necessary documentation is uploaded into the system. - Request and obtain Worker’s Compensation approvals from various vendors when required. - Act as liaison between clinic staff and insurance companies to ensure that all inquiries are addressed. - Provide support to the clinics for any insurance related questions, including benefit interpretation. - Participate in partnership with the Supervisor in training clinic staff on insurance related matters in the assigned region. - Provide outstanding customer service when handling inbound/outbound calls regarding eligibility or authorization. - Ensure any coverage restrictions are documented and addressed to avoid denials. - Act as reference source for other team members and assist in resolving insurance issues/questions. - Review the pending claims report and address any outstanding issues causing payment delays. - Job description is not intended to include an inclusive list of responsibilities.
