Role Description YSI is looking for an Affiliate Manager to own the affiliate and partnerships acquisition channel for Yellow Social. This is a commercial role with real strategic weight. You will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of affiliate and acquisition partners — identifying the right ones, negotiating the right deals and holding the programme accountable to performance. You will work closely with product, analytics, creative and compliance teams across a business that is scaling quickly. The affiliate channel is an important growth lever and we need someone who can run it properly: commercially astute, organised and operationally tight. This is not a relationship management role in name only — you own the numbers. We are a company that values progressive thinking. Areas of Responsibility - Partner Strategy & Commercial Management - Own the affiliate and partnership acquisition strategy end-to-end - Identify, evaluate and onboard high-value affiliate and acquisition partners - Lead commercial negotiations and manage partner agreements, terms and commercial arrangements - Set clear performance benchmarks and hold the programme accountable to them - Develop new partnership opportunities while actively managing and growing the existing portfolio - Performance Ownership - Own affiliate acquisition performance — you are accountable for the channel numbers - Analyse partner performance data and make commercial decisions on investment, scaling or cutting - Work with analytics to maintain attribution accuracy and reporting integrity across partner channels - Drive programme-wide optimisation across creative, landing pages, messaging and incentive structures - Stay current on affiliate industry trends, competitive activity and new partnership models - Operational & Compliance Management - Maintain governance across affiliate workflows, approvals and brand standards - Oversee fraud monitoring, traffic quality control and escalation management across the partner network - Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and brand requirements across all partners - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner agreements, contacts and commercial terms - Reporting & Stakeholder Communication - Report on affiliate programme performance clearly and regularly to senior stakeholders - Coordinate with finance, compliance and acquisition teams on commercial and operational matters - Provide clear visibility on partner contribution to overall acquisition performance Qualifications - 3+ years in affiliate marketing and partnerships - Experience in Gaming is strongly preferred - Proven track record building and managing an affiliate programme with direct accountability for results - Experience negotiating and managing partner contracts and commercial relationships - Analytically strong — comfortable interpreting performance data and making clear commercial calls - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, compliance processes and fraud management Requirements - Competitive salary - Performance Bonus - Private Health Insurance - Opportunities for career growth and development - Collaborative and dynamic work environment Benefits - Join our team and contribute to creating a vibrant and supportive social gaming community! - If you are a proactive and player-focused professional, apply now and be part of our mission to provide exceptional player experiences.
