Role Description This is a remote position. As a Key Account Manager, you will manage top existing customers nationwide (large companies and international corporations) and be part of the KAM team. You will be supported by the internal team in intensifying and expanding customer relationships. - Responsible for planning and conducting quarterly and annual discussions with decision-makers (buyers, purchasing managers, managing directors, etc.) of your customers. - Calculate offers and negotiate contracts and extensions confidently, while also enforcing price increases. - Discover new customer-specific solution concepts in the context of textile supply for your customers through communication and relationship building (offering new articles/new customer locations) in the form of cross- and up-selling. - Act as a liaison between customers and branches in Germany, ensuring regulated and transparent communication. - Plan your business trips independently and support our central contacts with complaints. - Participation in trade fairs is a given for you. Qualifications - At least 3 years of professional experience in Key Account Management and experience in communication with top B2B customers is required. - A completed business degree or commercial training with professional experience is expected. - Practical experience in the service industry is desirable. - A high degree of independence and commitment, negotiation skills, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills characterize you. - Willingness to travel within Germany (approx. 50%) - either day trips or overnight stays. - Driving license class B is a mandatory requirement. - Fluent English skills are a must. - Very good knowledge of Excel (preferably also in handling pivot tables and VLOOKUP). - Experience with CRM and ERP systems is an advantage. - SAP knowledge is desirable.
