• Quickly understand the customer's needs and pain points to design and implement solutions using open source and Diagrid technologies • Work with new prospective customers looking to use open-source Dapr in their solutions • Onboard them to Diagrid Cloud • Engage with users by creating and delivering customer demos • Build Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions in a variety of programming languages • Provide architecture guidance on a broad set of technologies focused in the Cloud Native space • Use expert knowledge of cloud engineering and system design to help customers with distributed system challenges • Bring knowledge and insights from real-world customer engagements to impact Diagrid products • Inform the leadership team of customer pain points and opportunities
