Senior Project Manager
FluidStackNVIDIA H100 & A100 GPUs available on demand at scale. Access thousands of GPUs for AI/LLM/ML, ready for deployment now.
• Drive the planning, budgeting, and risk-management engine behind global data centers, turning capacity targets into executable project plans and keeping every stakeholder aligned from kickoff to customer handover. • Build integrated schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, and own the master construction schedule from site mobilization through substantial completion and turnover. • Own project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and change-order governance, and report earned-value KPIs weekly. • Facilitate phase-gate and design reviews, maintain RACI matrices and action logs, and manage contract lifecycles: RFP, bid analysis, award, PCO tracking, and close-out. • Identify critical-path and long-lead risks (transformers, chillers, switchgear) and drive mitigation, and act as the single source of truth for internal leadership and external partners. • Lead cross-functional delivery teams (project managers, construction managers, superintendents), develop staffing plans, and run standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• We are looking for a Project Manager to own the coordination and delivery of engineering and product work across Surt. This is not a status-reporting role, it is a delivery ownership role. In a company where everyone owns more than one thing, you are the person who keeps all the threads connected. • Product stability and readiness: Owning the health of your assigned products end-to-end, tracking open issues, coordinating resolution across teams, and ensuring each product is in a state that is ready to grow, scale, and be relied on by clients. • Sprint planning and execution: Running planning, refinement, and retrospectives across engineering squads, keeping work scoped, sequenced, and moving. • Roadmap coordination: Tracking progress across multiple products and workstreams, flagging risks and dependencies early. • Cross-functional alignment: Connecting engineering, product, design, legal, and QA so decisions get made and work does not stall between teams. • Release coordination: Owning the logistics of release cycles, ensuring readiness across all involved parties before anything ships. • Process and tooling: Maintaining and improving how the team works, including Jira workflows, documentation standards, sprint metrics, and delivery rituals. • Stakeholder visibility: Keeping leadership informed on progress, risks, and decisions without creating overhead for the people doing the work
