Imaging Operator

• Ensure all images meet color accuracy and consistency requirements • Maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all visual materials (e.g., images, graphics) align with the highest standards of the business and meet the specific requirements of each project • Work cross-functionally with photographers, designers, and other stakeholders to achieve desired color results for various projects • Identify and resolve issues related to image quality, resolution, and/or color accuracy • Foster a collaborative, efficient, and communication-first work environment • Stay informed on industry best practices, technologies, and software
Job Requirements
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in imaging and color correction operations
- Proficiency in imaging and color correction software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other specialized color correction tools
- Strong knowledge of color theory and color management
- Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail

• The Trail Construction Operator is a construction-based position responsible for assisting IMBA Trail Solutions (TS) with mountain bike trail construction and operational duties. • Work includes physical labor, the use of hand tools, heavy equipment operations, tool and equipment maintenance/repair, and executing projects within the outlined scope of work. • Works with the TS Director of Construction and Operations, TS Construction Manager, Project Managers, TS staff, and subcontractors. • A typical work week is Mon-Fri, 45 hours a week. • Extensive travel is required. While traveling lodging, ME&I and mileage are covered at or near GSA rates.
