Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Scrum Master and/or Delivery Lead roles.
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including facilitation of ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective) and removal of impediments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for delivery planning, backlog management, release coordination and reporting.
- Good knowledge of Data Engineering, integrations, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage risks and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Professional-level English.
