Senior Analyst- CRM Team

Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to support our Global Marketing team in managing Marketo and Salesforce platforms. The role involves maintaining data quality, executing marketing automation programs, and optimising lead management workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Marketo, Salesforce, and marketing operations, with a passion for automation and process improvement in a global B2B environment. - Understand the values and vision of the organization. - Protect Intellectual Property. - Adhere to all the policies and procedures. - Set up and manage Marketo engagement programs and nurture streams. - Execute A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and engagement metrics. - Leverage Munchkin V2 tracking to retain anonymous engagement data and enhance lead scoring accuracy. - Set up and refine lead scoring system by using merged activity datasets to enhance qualification accuracy and drive more targeted campaigns. - Build automated Marketo programs to re-engage inactive leads and conduct churn analysis using behavioural data. - Manage campaign builds, list uploads, database hygiene, and CRM integrations within Marketo. - Ensure accurate and timely lead routing and assignment logic in Salesforce. - Maintain Salesforce data quality through deduplication, data standardisation, and enrichment. - Conduct secondary research to verify and enhance database records with contact and firmographic details. - Run Salesforce reports and dashboards to support campaign tracking and sales alignment. - Collaborate with the demand generation team to segment audiences and support email/digital campaigns. - Identify and implement automation opportunities in database management and marketing operations. - Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.). - Serve as a first-level QA for marketing campaigns and data operations. - Maintain effective communication with global stakeholders across Marketing and Sales. - Proactively seek feedback, implement improvements, and contribute to process optimization. Qualifications - MBA/PGDM in Marketing. - 3-5 years of relevant experience in Marketo and Salesforce. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment. Requirements - 3-5 years advanced hands-on experience in Marketo: engagement programs, lead scoring, lead lifecycle, CRM integration. - Proficiency in Salesforce CRM Lightning (minimum 3 years): lead/contact management, reporting, creating dashboards, and campaign setup. - Strong understanding of marketing automation workflows and CRM data alignment. - Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, conditional formulas). - Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with B2B marketing and sales funnel processes. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Problem-solving mindset with curiosity and continuous improvement attitude. - Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to global team collaboration.
