• Design, research, and backtest novel quantitative trading strategies for various asset classes in low-to-high frequency contexts • Develop and maintain robust alpha models, risk models, and execution algorithms • Analyze large, complex financial and market data sets to identify predictive signals and market inefficiencies • Evaluate DEFI protocols by recreating their underlying models to assess performance, risks, hedging strategies and potential for portfolio integration • Collaborate with the technology team to ensure seamless and efficient deployment of strategies into the production trading system • Monitor performance of live strategies, conduct attribution analysis, and propose improvements or adjustments • Stay abreast of academic literature, industry trends, and new technologies in quantitative finance and crypto

• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and consistency across all proprietary trading firm data and public-facing platform content. • Identify and correct outdated, missing, or inconsistent firm information. • Track updates across futures prop firms and reflect changes in systems. • Conduct regular audits of firm profiles and structured research data. • Deliver ongoing research across futures prop trading firms and maintain structured, high-quality insights. • Research and profile futures prop trading firms globally. • Track industry changes, firm updates, and new market entrants. • Translate futures market and prop firm developments into structured, actionable insights for traders and internal stakeholders. • Monitor futures market developments (macro + micro drivers affecting trader behavior). • Collaborate across teams to improve research and content quality.

• Brand Intelligence & Mapping: Create comprehensive research maps for target brands, identifying key decision-makers, recent organizational shifts, and strategic priorities. • Financial & Regulatory Research: Analyze SEC Filings (and other public disclosures) to identify brand pain points, budget cycles, and growth initiatives. • AI-Driven Prospecting: Utilize ChatGPT and advanced AI prompts to summarize brand reports and draft highly personalized outreach scripts. • Outreach & Scheduling: Coordinate with the outreach team to reach out to brands via LinkedIn and email, managing the transition from researched lead to scheduled meeting. • Technical Stack Management: Leverage Zoom for coordination and maintain high data hygiene within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) to track brand engagement

• Engage with Marketplace, Medicaid and Medicare stakeholders through meetings, briefings, and dissemination activities. • Interpret policy and regulations. • Specify, oversee, and interpret descriptive and statistical analyses of large, complex datasets. • Translate complex analytic findings into clear, actionable insights for state and federal stakeholders, including client reports, technical memoranda, and presentations. • Design and oversee the development of dashboards and other data visualizations to present quality performance and associated data. • Apply appropriate quantitative methods to collect, manage, analyze, and interpret administrative data, such as claims, encounters, enrollment, eligibility, and provider data. • Lead or contribute to the design and execution of research and evaluation projects, including policy analyses, demonstrations, and program evaluations. • Support proposal development work by writing technical sections, contributing to analytic approaches, and supporting proposal strategy. • Manage small to mid sized project tasks or analytic components, including planning timelines, tracking deliverables, and coordinating with internal teams and external clients. • Develop and manage budgets (in collaboration with a Project Manager), and communicate timelines, scope and resources with clients. • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all work products through appropriate QA/QC processes. • Supervise, mentor and guide junior staff through feedback, training, and modeling best practices in quantitative and qualitative policy research and professional completion of project tasks. • Work effectively in a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment with staff of varied technical skills and expertise.
