• Brand Intelligence & Mapping: Create comprehensive research maps for target brands, identifying key decision-makers, recent organizational shifts, and strategic priorities. • Financial & Regulatory Research: Analyze SEC Filings (and other public disclosures) to identify brand pain points, budget cycles, and growth initiatives. • AI-Driven Prospecting: Utilize ChatGPT and advanced AI prompts to summarize brand reports and draft highly personalized outreach scripts. • Outreach & Scheduling: Coordinate with the outreach team to reach out to brands via LinkedIn and email, managing the transition from researched lead to scheduled meeting. • Technical Stack Management: Leverage Zoom for coordination and maintain high data hygiene within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) to track brand engagement
Job Requirements
- +2 years in RevOps, Sales Operations, or Market Research.
- Expert proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and navigating financial databases for SEC/public filings.
- Ability to visualize and document complex brand hierarchies and territory maps to guide sales teams.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2) with the ability to summarize complex business data into actionable sales insights.
- Strong familiarity with Zoom for virtual meetings and AI tools for data synthesis. Experience managing data flows within a CRM and using Zoom for cross-functional communication.
- Ability to maintain working-hour overlap with the US Eastern Time (EST) zone.
- Reliable high-speed internet.
