- Strong data wrangling & integration skills (SQL, Tableau Prep / Alteryx)
- Exceptional data visualization & design thinking (clean, intuitive, user-centric dashboards)
- Analytical & problem-solving mindset with ability to generate actionable insights
- Executive communication & storytelling skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with enterprise Tableau environments (Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud, governance, security)
