Outlet Supervisor
TWO95 International, Inc
• Responsible for the overall management of outlet retail operations and sales activities • Provide an excellent customer service and address any queries and complaints • Drive monthly sales target and ensure good outlet performance • Manage the (Order, receive, monitor) inventory stocks and stock management • Manage facility and safety and security of the outlet and team • Manage stock (ordering of stocks, sufficient stock, stock take and etc.) • Ensure that the daily sales are accurately deposited • Manage the merchandise display in the outlet • Check the display whether it’s according to Plano-gram set by the Management • Assist in cash and credit card transactions and assist customers in making payment for their purchase • Check cash flow, ensure small denominations available, maintain the cash accurately at the counter till according to the set procedures and to be accountable for any shortage and to keep proper records of operations. • Support in cutting / slicing / trimming the meat based on the retail standard cuts • Prepare weekly disposal and production report • Prepare outlet reporting for management view • Plan and manage manpower / resource duty roster, training, leave and HR related issues of the outlet • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulation • Record and report immediately defect / malfunction of equipment that require urgent attention. (i.e. freezer/ chiller breakdown, machinery breakdown, work equipment loss of work utensil etc • Perform any other duties assigned by the superior • Location: Klang Valley area
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply as training will be provided
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin or Chinese dialect speaking is an advantage)
- Willing to work 6 days week on shift, weekend & public holidays
- Possess own transport
- Basic PC knowledge
- Proactive working attitude, pleasant personality and honest
- Customer service-oriented
- Energetic and team player
- Develop good professional relationship with external and internal stakeholders.
- Any other ad hoc task assigned by the Management.

• Lead the SCADA team on a day to day basis and provide guidance and prioritization to team members. • Develop and maintain exhibits for standardizing SCADA and control requirements for PV and BESS projects. • Perform technical due diligence towards upcoming technologies in energy storage and plant control systems. • Coordinate with internal and external teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SCADA issues. • Assist in management of requirements from energy regulatory organizations (CAISO, FERC, NERC etc.) • Assist in managing site acceptance testing for projects. • Assist in managing the deliverables related to SCADA and plant communications outlined within the project interconnection agreements, CAISO New Resource Implementation Process, etc. • Be able to demonstrate understanding of high voltage electrical system operations. • Communicate with the Operations team and third-party O&M providers to evaluate real-time plant telemetry and control issues. • Collaborate with SCADA vendors and associated parties for projects towards SCADA design, implementation, and testing. • Assist in the development of turn-key EPC technical documents and support enforcement of the contract for the project duration.
